1. What is the format of these sessions?

The sessions will be conducted in a Group Mentoring format.

3. What are the maximum number of mentees for a session?

Ten

4. Can a mentee select a mentor they would like to work with?

You can select the topic you want to be mentored on - the mentors are different for each topic.

5. What will be the duration of each session?

1 hour each month on Friday mornings.

6. How many sessions can a mentee attend?

3 sessions across 3 months

7. What are the topics that will be covered?

   • Conflict Management

   • Setting Strategic Direction for Tech Doc Teams

   • Driving Content Quality

8. Will one mentor cover one topic?

Yes

9. Will the same mentor be allocated for all the sessions?

Yes

10. What will be the agenda of discussion?

The agenda will be based on the questions sent by the participants in advance.

11. Will every mentee be allotted a particular time slot in a session?

These sessions will be conducted in a group mentoring format, so all mentees will be present for the entire hour. This will provide an opportunity for peer mentoring.

Yes

13. Do we get a certificate or any acknowledgement from the mentor?

Yes, you will receive a participation certificate to acknowledge your investment in your development.
