Akash Dubey

Akash works with Microsoft (Chicago) as Principal Content Manager. He has ~25 years of experience in the field of technical communication with multinationals such as Hewlett Packard, Siemens, Cisco Systems, and EMC Corporation. 

Akash heads India’s largest and oldest community of technical communicators and language professionals, Technical Writers of India (TWIN). Under the TWIN umbrella, Akash was instrumental in starting India's most economical training program (Technical Communication Professional) for aspiring technical writers. This program enabled deserving candidates to get job-focused training. 

He was invited as a guest lecturer for technical communication at Christ University and Mount Carmel College in Bangalore, India.  

He participates in many national and international panel discussions on leadership and project management challenges in emerging economies. He has made several presentations on API documentation, Alexa-based help, and content management systems at regional and national conferences/learning sessions. 

Sandhya Ranganathan

Sandhya's global career in technical communications and training spans over three and a half decades in companies such as Intel, Oracle, and Cisco. She has worked in India, Singapore, and the USA. She is currently the Section Manager of Compute Knowledge Management team in India at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. 

She has been an active contributor to the Indian technical communications industry since its inception. She was the STC India President in 2009, conference program manager at tcworld India 2015, and on the Executive Committee for tcworld India Leadership Workshop, 2017. She is now on the board of Manage The Docs - a TechComm leadership initiative of TWIN.

She is an Inclusion & Diversity champion and has presented in IEEE WIE. She has been a judge on NASSCOM's Tech For Good initiative. She is a Guest Lecturer in Colleges on technical and leadership communication. She has authored Mia Finds a Home and Burma to Bangalore, her poems are in several anthologies, and she blogs occasionally. Her website is varnika.co.

Asha Mokashi

Asha has two decades of diverse experience in authoring for enterprise-level product development, setting up and leading global documentation teams, defining and implementing strategies for enhanced customer experience. She is currently working at Arm Ltd as Director of Technical Communications, leading a team spread across Shanghai, Bangalore, Noida, and Austin. She also plays a strategic role as the representative to the Physical IP Engineering Leadership team, driving internal collaboration to enhance customer experience.

She loves solving challenges at the intersection of content, communication, and customer success. With a history of going beyond her defined role to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and motivation across teams and sites, she is inspired by the common goal of helping our customers succeed.

Outside of work, Asha is passionate about nature, the environment, and supporting the development of the country wherever possible. She loves long walks, listening to people’s stories, reading, gardening, and all things funny.

Liane Ghosh

Liane is Founder and CEO of Liane Ghosh Consulting. Her focus is on creating and simplifying solutions for start-ups and SMEs in an endeavour to help them drive critical business decisions, accelerate growth, and craft successful strategies. She has created a framework to help simplify strategic vison so that both in-year goals and long term big-picture dreams can be realized, across the breath of organizations.

She consults and runs workshops on organizational strategy and goal plans, content engineering, innovation and Go To Market plans. Her goal is to solve business problems for customers using a lean, data-driven, user-centric content engineering framework that promotes iterative development and problem solving with close collaboration between business, content, and technology teams

She has 2 decades of experience in large corporates and start-ups in strategic thinking, digital transformation, content and process improvement. She has had tremendous success designing and executing strategy for organizations. Nitin Mehrotra 

Nitin is a Principal Content Dev Manager at Microsoft, where he leads the content teams working on Azure’s AI offerings. He has over two decades of experience in technical communication, working with global companies like Symantec and VERITAS. He has been with Microsoft for last 17 years.

 

He is passionate about integrating AI capabilities within the content ecosystem and bringing operational excellence to the technical communication field. He has shared his insights and learnings at Microsoft Build and other conferences.

 

Nitin enjoys spending his free time outdoors. He loves running, hiking, and coaching kids in cricket and table-tennis."

Susan Blocker

Susan Blocker is the Vice President of Compute Quality & KM - Compute Business Group at HPE. This team is chartered with challenging and leading Compute to design for quality for the purpose of achieving high levels of customer quality, and with developing and delivering technical user content for Compute products. She has also led product line management teams across product portfolios that provided effective and efficient product lifecycle management support through program management and governance discipline. Susan was selected to help build the PLM function due to her prior leadership experience in large scale engineering program management, engineering process development and engineering operations (budget planning and tracking, work force planning and team member development programs).

 

Susan is a current member of HPE's Quality Leadership Council which guides quality initiatives and administers the prestigious HPE Presidents Quality Award. She is the founder and Executive Sponsor of HPE Houston’s Leadership Development Program designed to accelerate the development of current and future leaders. She is an advisory executive for WiSE (Women in Systems Engineering council) and panelist for STEM activities such as Girls Tech Camp and BEN/YEN's Executive Networking events. Susan was a board member of HPE's Engineering Program Manager Career Path and was awarded HPE's Women's Excellence Award.

 

Susan has been with HPE/HP/Compaq for 25 years and lives in Houston, USA. Susan holds a BS & MS in Computer Science and an MBA. She is married with two children. Outside of work, she is an avid University of Alabama football fan and spent 10 years as a Girl Scout Troop Leader.

Sharath Shamsundar

Program Manager


Sharath Shamsundar is a Technical Writer with over 10 years of experience in technical communications across various industries. He works at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as an Information Developer.  

 

He worked in CAE Simulation Tech and Aptean before becoming a Start-up Consultant on content and operations. A few years ago, he started his own company called Social Script providing digital marketing solutions. His hobbies are playing badminton, cricket, and traveling.

Geeta Garg

Geeta Garg is a writer and musician. She works at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Specialist Writer and Program Lead.

 

With over 11 years of experience in technical communications across start-ups and MNCs, she has expertise in areas of technical writing, multimedia, program management, event coordination and training.

 

She is mom to an adorable 6-year-old-bundle of energy. Alongside managing her family and work responsibilities, she enjoys offering selfless service for a non-profit organization called Siddha Yoga. 

 

She is extremely passionate about music and pursues Hindustani classical vocals. She believes music and meditation provide a new dimension to her work, character, and personality.

Chaitanya Gupta

Chaitanya is a lead Visual designer. He has over 15 years of experience in multimedia designing including UX, UI, videos, technical illustrations, and graphic designing. He has been with Hewlett Packard enterprise since 2015.

Chaitanya is passionate about cooking and exploring new  vegetarian dishes. He is also a movie freak and enjoys watching various thriller, suspense and comedy movies. Recently he has started travelling to learn about different cultures as well.

Sunitha Somanna


Sunitha Somanna works at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Program Lead and Specialist Information Developer.

 

Sunitha has 15 years of experience in technical communications. Prior to HPE, she has worked in companies such as McAfee and Triumph India, where she primarily focused on authoring, editing, and publishing a wide variety of user assistance material across computer platforms and technologies.

 

Besides creating developer documentation, Sunitha is currently passionate about organizing, hosting, co-ordinating and managing internal and external learning events. She also facilitates learning and development within the team through training and mentoring programs.

 

On her personal front, Sunitha is a mother of two girls. In her leisure time, Sunitha enjoys practising Yoga, poetry writing, and cooking new recipes.
